Donald W. Van Buren, Jr. advises public and private companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies on a wide variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity issuances, commercial transactions, financings and restructurings. Donald also advises companies on corporate governance and securities law matters as well as provides general business counseling.
Prior to joining the firm, Donald practiced in the corporate law counseling group of a prominent law firm in Wilmington, Delaware. While in law school, Donald served as a judicial extern in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
