Noah M. Tischler handles a wide range of commercial real estate transactions including leases, purchase and sale agreements, and matters involving the origination, acquisition, syndication and disposition of mortgage loans and mezzanine financing. Focused on commercial real estate finance, Noah has assisted in the representation of lenders with an aggregate loan amount in excess of $5 billion.
Prior to joining Drinker Biddle, Noah was an associate attorney at another Am Law 100 firm. Before graduating law school, Noah clerked for the Honorable Berle M. Schiller at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and interned for the Honorable James J. Fitzgerald, III at the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
