Daniel A. Thomson represents debtors, bondholders, secured and unsecured creditors, and strategic investors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, out-of-court debt restructurings and other insolvency situations.
During law school, Daniel served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Jennifer Henderson of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court of the Northern District of Alabama. After law school, he earned an LL.M. in Bankruptcy from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was named the American Bankruptcy Institute Scholar.
