Daniel P. Thiel primarily represents clients in insurance coverage actions involving stranger-originated life insurance policies (STOLI), but also has a wide range of experience in antitrust, toxic tort, telecommunications, product liability and trade secret matters.
Dan has represented clients in actions in federal courts across the United States, including matters in California, Georgia, Massachusetts, New York and Tennessee.
Dan also dedicates his time to pro bono representation. He recently represented a Vietnam War veteran in pursuit of VA pension benefits, and also assisted an inmate in a parole revocation matter.
