Dallas G. Taylor* represents debtors, creditors and other interested parties in a variety of restructuring and insolvency matters, including proceedings under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. He has experience advising clients through various aspects of financially distressed situations, including deal negotiation and documentation as well as traditional motion practice and litigation.
Dallas started his legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mary F. Walrath of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Before joining Drinker Biddle, he was an associate at an international law firm in its restructuring department. During law school, Dallas served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Kimberly S. Budd of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Dallas was also the Co-President of the Black Law Students Association and a research assistant.
