Vanessa S. Tabler advises private and public companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies on a wide variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law matters (including internal reorganizations and corporate governance) and general business counseling. Vanessa also has assisted public and private companies, as both acquirers and targets, in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. In addition, she advises clients on venture capital and minority investment transactions.
Vanessa also has experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of transaction documents and commercial contracts, such as master services agreements (and the accompanying statements of work) and supply agreements.
Prior to attending law school, Vanessa founded an accounting and tax firm, assisting corporate and individual clients with general accounting matters and federal and state tax strategy and compliance matters.
Vanessa joined Drinker Biddle from the D.C. office of a global law firm where she was a corporate associate focusing on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate matters.
