About

Mahsa Soheil represents major companies in the automotive, consumer goods and industrial equipment industries in a variety of high-exposure complex litigation matters across the country. She focuses her practice on consumer class actions, product liability litigation, breach of express warranty, and violation of consumer protection statutes. She serves as national counsel in single and multidistrict litigation proceedings, handling cases at the state and federal court levels. Mahsa handles all aspects of civil litigation, ranging from pre-litigation counseling, to discovery and dispositive motion practice, to trial advocacy and post-trial proceedings.

Her represented cases include In re: Takata Airbags Products Liability Litigation, a high-exposure multidistrict litigation involving both consolidated class action proceedings and product liability injury cases arising out of a recalled vehicle airbag inflator system.

Mahsa maintains an active pro bono practice with a special interest in asylum-related cases. She also serves as a member of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.

Mahsa is fluent in French, Farsi, Arabic, Swedish and Turkish.
