Jacqueline M. Simonovich advises clients on a broad range of product liability issues, litigating cases at the state and federal court levels. She represents major pharmaceutical companies in state coordinated proceedings. Jackie’s litigation experience also includes complex commercial disputes.
Jacqueline was a summer associate at Drinker Biddle. At Berkeley Law she participated in the Death Penalty Clinic, where she drafted portions of a pretrial motion in a capital case that challenged the practice of death qualification for prospective jurors. She also served as a legal intern for the Children’s Law Center of California. In this role, she represented youth clients in Juvenile Dependency Court and gained experience interviewing witnesses and drafting motions and pre-trial statements.
