Jacqueline M. Simonovich performs legal research and drafts memoranda for clients in product liability cases. She has experience researching legislative history and a variety of evidentiary issues.
Jacqueline was a summer associate at Drinker Biddle. At Berkeley Law she participated in the Death Penalty Clinic, where she drafted portions of a pretrial motion in a capital case that challenged the practice of death qualification for prospective jurors. She also served as a legal intern for the Children’s Law Center of California. In this role, she represented youth clients in Juvenile Dependency Court and gained experience interviewing witnesses and drafting motions and pre-trial statements.
