Kristen N. Roshto assists clients with various aspects of legal proceedings and trial preparation, including legal research and the drafting of motions and other legal memoranda.
Kristen clerked for the Hon. Jaynee LaVecchia, Associate Justice for the Supreme Court of New Jersey. She authored memoranda to Justice LaVecchia and other members of the Court on pending appeals, oral arguments, and petitions for certification, and also supported Justice LaVecchia in research and opinion writing. Kristen also served as an extern for the Hon. John Michael Vazquez and the Hon. Michael A. Shipp, both of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
She also worked in the Civil Litigation and Practice Clinic at the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice and served as a research assistant for Professor Solangel Maldonado for the American Law Institute’s Children and Law Restatement.
