Brooke Razor represents employers in a wide variety of employment-related disputes including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, and claims involving the enforcement of non-compete and restrictive covenant agreements. Brooke advises employers on compliance issues, works with clients on employment policies, trainings, and handbooks, and assists clients with internal investigations. She also has experience drafting employment contracts and performing wage and hour audits, and works with our Corporate and Securities group on labor and employment deal diligence.
Brooke is a contributor to the firm’s LaborSphere blog, which provides coverage and insights on breaking cases, recently enacted legislation, and a broad range of labor issues.
Brooke also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Prior to joining Drinker Biddle, Brooke was an associate at a prominent Philadelphia law firm. In law school, Brooke worked at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office.
