Amanda M. Pasquini has a broad litigation practice that focuses on complex commercial litigation in areas such as contract disputes, class actions, and antitrust. She participates in all aspects of litigation. Her experience ranges from pre-discovery counseling, arbitration support, trial preparation, settlement negotiations, and appeals.
Amanda also devotes significant time to pro bono representation. She has provided legal services relating matters such as family disputes and prisoners’ rights, and has represented clients through various non-profit organizations, including Philadelphia VIP.
Amanda interned for the Hon. Judge Lawrence F. Stengel of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Hon. Judge Jose L. Linares of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Hon. Judge Leda Dunn Wettre, also of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
