Shane O’Connell represents pharmaceutical and medical device companies in products liability litigation involving prescription medications and consumer products. He also has experience representing industrial manufacturers in asbestos litigation and representing clients in complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, and premises liability litigation.
While in law school, Shane worked full-time for the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey as a law clerk under the First Deputy General Counsel. He also did pro bono work at the Newark Appellate Court Public Defenders office.
