About

Siobhan F. Moran's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in federal and state court, including class actions, contract disputes, fraud and tort claims. She has worked on matters relating to the financial services industry, oil and gas litigation, and consumer class actions, among other subject matter areas. Siobhan also has significant experience with regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, and has worked with clients’ senior management throughout the investigative process, from initial inquiries through final presentations to regulators. In both the investigative and civil litigation contexts, Siobhan has led fact investigations, assisted clients with handling the more complicated aspects of e-discovery review and production, and provided clients with innovative solutions to their legal problems.

Siobhan has represented a number of prominent clients in a variety of matters. She has represented Chesapeake Energy and corporate affiliates in a number of class and individual actions brought by lessors challenging royalty payments pursuant to oil and gas leases in Ohio, in state and federal courts and before arbitration panels. She has also defended Cott Corporation concerning a breach of contract claim in state court, and defended Citibank, N.A. in litigation concerning claims of fraud in federal court.
