Sam D. Marll represents a variety of clients in transactional and corporate governance matters—in particular, private equity sponsors in connection with leveraged acquisitions and corporate finance matters. Prior to joining the firm, Sam worked as an investment management associate for a firm in Washington, D.C., where his practice focused on private investment fund matters.
While in law school, Sam was a non-legal advocate and case manager for the Penn Law Employment Advocacy Project, a student-run pro bono organization that represents individuals appealing denials of unemployment compensation.
