Victoria A. Foltz Cordova advises clients at all stages of business disputes, from pre-trial fact development through testimony and appellate motions. She is experienced in trial practice, having handled direct and cross examinations, expert witness preparation, and drafting motions in limine and pre-trial memoranda. She also assists with white collar investigations and defending clients in criminal matters.
Outside of her complex litigation practice, Victoria devotes time to pro bono representation, partnering with nonprofit organizations to assist those who cannot otherwise afford legal counsel. She has argued for and obtained a favorable sentence in a narcotics case, and helped successfully intervene and oppose settlement in a class action concerning children in foster care.
During law school, Victoria interned for the Hon. Kathleen Tomlinson of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
