Elisabeth F. Fiordalisi provides support on corporate mergers and acquisitions, including drafting deal documents, due diligence, contract review and assignment, schedules, closing checklists and preparations, and closings. Elisabeth also focuses on counseling public company clients on securities and corporate governance matters. She has experience in translating international trade contracts and other case documentation from Italian to English and vice versa. Elisabeth has also conducted research for cases centered on internationalization and foreign direct investment in the United States.
Before attending law school, Elisabeth served as Chief of Staff in the Office of Communications for Chicago Public Schools. While in law school, she participated in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria. Elisabeth was also recognized for her performance in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition. She is fluent in Italian and Spanish with conversation proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic and French.
