John A. DiPasquale III handles a wide range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing. He represents lenders, borrowers and private equity funds in structuring joint ventures, mortgage loans and mezzanine financing. John also handles real estate development matters and assists clients in obtaining permits, approvals and certifications from local planning and zoning boards, county boards, state agencies, and environmental commissions. In addition to transactional and land development work, John assists clients with the formation and registration of condominium and community associations.
