John A. DiPasquale III handles a wide range of real estate matters including acquisitions, leases, financing, and development. In addition, John has experience handling zoning and land use matters and assisting clients in obtaining permits, approvals and certifications from local planning and zoning boards, county boards, state agencies, and environmental commissions. John also represents clients in corporate matters involving owned or leased real property.
