Michael DeNote represents a variety of corporate, government, and individual clients, both small and large, in matters related to financings, development and acquisitions, Low Income Housing Tax Credit transactions, leasing, and zoning and land use.
Prior to joining Drinker Biddle, Michael was a real estate associate at a Wilmington firm where he focused on commercial real estate transactions, financings, land use and litigation. While in law school, Michael wrote for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, was a Widener Scholar and externed for the Honorable Judge Thomas Ambro of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
