Christopher H. DeGrezia assists clients with complex commercial transactions and land development projects.

Christopher primarily focuses on real estate development, zoning and land use. He has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate development and has guided clients through land use procedures and approvals in connection with all types of development projects. Christopher has represented many national and local real estate developers and leaders in the areas of acquisition, development, construction, leasing and finance and has provided guidance to a variety of governmental entities including municipal township committees, municipal borough councils, planning boards, zoning boards of adjustment, public utilities and numerous governmental subcommittees and commissions.

Christopher also handles transactional matters including structuring and negotiating agreements, financing, acquisition, sales, commercial leasing and construction contracts. He has advised clients regarding appropriate entity formation and has drafted and negotiated numerous leases, condominium documents and purchase agreements.

Christopher has provided advice and guidance regarding environmental regulatory compliance. He provides advice to a variety of governmental entities including municipal township committees, municipal borough councils, planning boards, zoning boards of adjustment, public utilities and numerous governmental subcommittees and commissions.

While in law school, Christopher served as a legal intern for the Hon. William F. Tuohey, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. He also served as a legal intern for the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region II, Water, Grants and General Litigation Department. In 1995-96 Christopher clerked for the Hon. Raymond A. Hayser in the Superior Court of New Jersey, where he focused on prerogative writ litigation.

  • Over 10,000 million sf. industrial warehouse project for companies such as Prologis, Viridian, Sudler Corporation, Cabot and Keystone
  • 2.3 million s.f. industrial brownfield redevelopment project in Elizabeth
  • 400 residential unit development in Plainsboro for Investcorp International
  • Data Centers for Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse
  • Genesis Heathcare Corporation transaction involving six continuing care nursing facilities Multi-family developments, including 560 units and 424 units in Riverdale, for Trammel Crow Residential
  • New York Jets Practice Facility in Florham Park
  • General Development Plan approval for Toll Brothers in Lacey Township permitting 750 residential units
  • Land use approvals for XM Satellite Radio in 11 municipalities
