Reuben H. Asia handles a wide range of real estate matters including the acquisition, disposition and leasing of residential and commercial real estate.
Reuben has experience advising lenders and borrowers with respect to the negotiation, due diligence and documentation of loans secured by real and personal property. He also counsels clients with a range of zoning-related matters in the City of Philadelphia.
Before joining Drinker Biddle, Reuben was an associate attorney at another Am Law 100 firm. Prior to attending law school, he was an intelligence analyst in the Counter Narcotics Division at the Office of Naval Intelligence in Washington, D.C.
