Community Involvement

The Princeton office’s staff and attorneys have a rich history of donating their time and resources to various nonprofit organizations. The office supports organizations that benefit the economically disadvantaged and those with serious illnesses.

Some recent community efforts include:

D&R Greenway Land Trust

D&R Greenway works to permanently preserve and protect an interconnected network of natural lands and open spaces that allows nature to flourish and that provides a healthy and accessible environment, and to inspire a conservation ethic that promotes policies, education and partnerships that encourage a public commitment to the preservation of land.

McCarter Theatre

McCarter Theatre Center for the Performing Arts, a Tony Award winner for Outstanding Regional Theatre, is one of the most active cultural centers in the nation, offering more than 200 performances of theater, dance, music and special events each year. McCarter also demonstrates an unwavering commitment to engaging, educating and cultivating a broad range of audiences, making the arts accessible to all people.

Mercer County Bar Foundation

The Mercer County Bar Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation formed by the Mercer County Bar Association which provides funding for legal education to the public, programs, seminars, grants and scholarships. The Foundation also awards annual law school scholarships.  In collaboration with the Community Projects and Young Lawyers Committees, the Foundation offers volunteer services for local charitable organizations and raises funds for the Young Lawyers' annual designated charity.


PlanSmart is an independent, non-profit planning and research organization committed to improving the quality of community life through the advancement of sound land use planning and regional cooperation.

Toys for Tots

The mission of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December each year, and distribute those toys as Christmas gifts to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted. Each holiday season, all of the lawyers and staff donate toys and other items.

American Cancer Society

The office holds fundraisers to benefit the American Cancer Society. The nationwide nonprofit is a community-based voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem. Headquartered in Atlanta, GA, the ACS has regional and local offices throughout the country that support 11 geographical divisions to ensure its presence in every community.

National Multiple Sclerosis Society

Drinker Biddle raises money and awareness for The National Multiple Sclerosis Society. This organization is a collective of passionate individuals who want to do something about MS now—to move together toward a world free of multiple sclerosis.
