The New Chief Enforcers

Washington, D.C., associates Alison Agnew and Joie Hand published an article in the ABA Antitrust Section’s newsletter, Perspectives in Antitrust, titled “The New Chief Enforcers.” The article discusses Makan Delrahim, who was recently appointed and approved as the Assistant Attorney General, Antitrust Division, of the Department of Justice, and Joseph Simons, who was recently announced as the intended nominee for Chair of the Federal Trade Commission. In addition to providing a summary of the new enforcers’ professional backgrounds, Alison and Joie provide insight on what to expect during their tenures.
