For your information, on August 7, 2015, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) voted affirmative in connection with its preliminary injury investigation on hydrofluorocarbon blends and components from China.  The ITC commissioners unanimously determined that there is a reasonable indication that a U.S. industry is materially injured by reason of subject merchandise from China that is allegedly being dumped in the United States.

As a result, the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) will proceed with its antidumping (AD) investigation.  Currently, the DOC is scheduled to issue its AD determination by December 2, 2015, although this deadline could be postponed.  Details of the scope of the investigation can be found here.
