Washington, D.C., government relations director Jeremy Scott has written an article for the California Broker titled, “The Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act: Implementation, Repeal, and the Opportunities.”

Jeremy, a member of the Government & Regulatory Affairs Practice Group’s Health Team, discusses the implementation of the act, i.e., what has already taken place, what is around the corner and what is down the road.  He also discusses challenges to the legislation and the possibility of its repeal and concludes that ultimately, “[c]ontinuing to be engaged in the process is important if one wants to have an impact on how the final rule(s) and provisions are interpreted.”
