Over 2,200 lawyers, economists and other interested persons recently spent three remarkable days feasting upon a wide variety of antitrust developments with important implications for many sectors of the economy over the months ahead. The occasion was the 56th annual ABA Antitrust Spring Meeting in Washington, D.C., characterized by lively debate over cutting-edge issues as well as conflicting predictions and advice for the enforcement agencies in the next Administration. We present brief summaries of 10 subjects from the meeting that may be of interest to our readers.
