On August 22, Drinker Biddle’s Financial Services Industry Group and Women’s Leadership Committee hosted the 100 Women In Finance summer networking and educational panel session “Doing Good While Doing Well: ESG and Impact Investing” at the historic Stamford Yacht Club.
The panel of speakers from the financial services industry discussed impact investing’s role in improving corporate operations, driving bottom-line results and effecting positive change.
Among the issues for discussion, the panel covered climate change, diversity and inclusion, opportunity zones, shareholder activism, UN Principles of Responsible Investment and initiatives for global standards in sustainable finance.
