Washington, D.C., associate Jennifer Criss has been reappointed as Chair of the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Committee on Copyright & Social Media. In this position, Jennifer hosts monthly conference calls and in-person meetings, coordinates and develops CLE programming and other presentations, and works with the leadership of the ABA’s Copyright Division to monitor legal developments relating to the ever-changing landscape of copyright and social media.

Jennifer has been active with the Committee for many years, having previously served as Vice Chair as well as Chair of the Subcommittee on Fair Use. She also serves on the ABA IP Section’s CLE Board. The ABA IP Section has approximately 24,000 members and is the world’s largest association of IP lawyers.
