Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP has expanded its financial services litigation capabilities with the addition of Tracey Salmon-Smith to its Litigation Group. She joins the firm as a partner and will reside in the firm’s Florham Park, N.J., office.
Ms. Salmon-Smith has a broad litigation practice, with a particular focus on broker-dealer arbitrations, litigation, and mediations before FINRA. She represents brokerage firms, corporations and other clients in commercial disputes, premises liability and securities law. She also has extensive experience handling internal investigations and defending employment litigation matters.

Prior to joining Drinker Biddle, Ms. Salmon-Smith was a principal with Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. She is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, where she also served in the role of Acting Chief of Environmental Litigation and Chief of Bankruptcy. She was also formerly Director and Associate General Counsel in Sales Practice Litigation at UBS Financial Services Inc.

Ms. Salmon-Smith earned her juris doctor from Villanova University School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.
