Barsamian was quoted in the Law360 article “Confidentially Marketed Public Offerings Carve Bigger Niche.” The article examines confidentially marketed public offerings (CMPOs) and how they are becoming an increasingly popular tool for development-stage companies looking to shield themselves from market volatility.

Bonnie noted that CMPOs enable a company to be nimble in accessing public capital markets. A CMPO “allows a company to be opportunistic in executing a quick capital raise without the potential negative effects of abandoning an offering.”
