Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP continues to expand services in its new Texas office with the addition of experienced restructuring lawyer Vince Slusher. Mr. Slusher joins the firm as a partner in the Corporate Restructuring Group and will reside in the firm’s Dallas office.

Vince will expand our national restructuring practice and contribute to our objective to attract and recruit top talent in Texas.”

Previously, Mr. Slusher was a partner at DLA Piper. He focuses his practice on representing large and mid-sized companies, both public and private, in complex bankruptcy and business or financial reorganization matters. Mr. Slusher has represented debtors, creditors, trustees, examiners, official and unofficial committees, and secured and unsecured creditors in all types of restructuring proceedings and out-of-court reorganizations.

Mr. Slusher’s clients come from a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, agriculture, gaming and horse racing, hospitality, insurance, real estate, shipping, oil and gas, and mining. He earned his law degree from the Louisiana State University Law Center.

Drinker Biddle opened its Dallas office on February 1, 2017 with a group of 23 lawyers in practice areas that include products liability, class actions, insurance coverage, business disputes and commercial litigation. The expansion was one of the largest entries into the Dallas legal market in recent years.
