Philadelphia associate Molly Flynn was featured in the Trial Pros section of Law360’s Trial newsletter. In the Q&A, Molly discussed her trial experience and practice including “working on the defense of actions brought by state attorneys general for alleged violations of state consumer protection acts” as well “as individual personal injury actions tried through the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Complex Litigation Program.”
Molly also answered questions such as the most interesting trial she has worked on, trial preparation routine and advice for a lawyer on the eve of their first trial. The most fun she has had working on a case was a two-day hearing on a motion for attorneys’ fees for $190 million.
“I felt like Dorothy pulling back the curtain on the Great Oz to reveal that these plaintiff’s attorneys were not powerful magicians, but rather were mere mortals who had little support for their fee request,” she said.
