Over the past two years, the firm’s national M&A practice has successfully closed over 145 transactions with an aggregate value of more than $15.5 billion, including more than 45 transactions with an aggregate value of $6.1 billion involving private equity firms.

The majority of deals in the report are focused on the middle market, which is the core of our M&A practice, and ranged in value from $10 - $250 million.
