Chanda, Mike, and Sean discussed the goals and directives of the Cures Act, sources of Real World Evidence and Real World Data, regulatory reporting and data tracking, and what the trial lawyer needs to know regarding preservation, discovery, expert issues, authenticity and admissibility, and trial themes for plaintiffs and defendants.
