Florham Park partner Lynne Anderson will speak at a New Jersey CFO Leadership Council program on February 27 in Short Hills, NJ. The program, titled “Diversity and Inclusion in Practice,” will discuss how companies are working to build and support diverse teams and leaders internally.

The speakers will discuss practical tips on fostering employee resource groups, implementing sponsorship and developing partnerships with customers. They will also discuss how they have used training on unconscious bias and prevention of discrimination to increase awareness of the importance of diversity and inclusion. There will also be an update on employers’ responsibilities under recently enacted laws, such as New Jersey’s Equal Pay Act and New York City’s Stop Sexual Harassment Act.
