The Perils of Dealing with Whistleblowers under the False Claims Act

Washington, D.C., partner Jesse Witten and Florham Park partner Lawrence Del Rossi will present at Seton Hall Law School’s U.S. Healthcare Compliance Certification Program on October 9, 2018. Jesse and Larry will present on “The Perils of Dealing with Whistleblowers under the False Claims Act.”

The biannual program provides a comprehensive overview of state, federal and international law governing prescription drugs and medical devices. Topics will include data privacy, FDA approval and regulation of new drugs and devices, the Federal Anti-Kickback Statute, the Federal and State False Claims Acts. Attendees at the four-day conference include in-house counsel, compliance officers, and other senior and compliance employees of pharma, life sciences and other health care companies.
