Laura Phillips, Chair of the Government and Regulatory Affairs Group, presented at the WIA Connectivity Expo Conference in Charlotte, NC on Tuesday, May 22, 2018. The conference, featuring FCC Chairman Ajit Pai, is designed to serve all elements of the expanding and evolving wireless ecosystem – from the macro structures that stand high above the ground and the miles and miles of fiber networks below the ground to the technology driving the ongoing network densification in our cities and the technology embedded in our cars.

Laura spoke on a panel entitled “A Holistic Strategy: Putting the Pieces in Place for a Smarter City Network” which focused on building an adaptable communications network to support today’s needs as well as tomorrow’s expectations as the first step to becoming a smarter, more connected community.
