Making the Most of a Women’s Network

Florham Park partner Lynne Anderson spoke at BioNJ’s Inspiring Women in STEM Conference on December 1 in Bridgewater, N.J. The third annual conference was a full-day program designed to encourage and support women in science, technology, engineering and mathematics. Attendees received practical guidance on career navigation and network with industry leaders.

Lynne moderated a panel discussion titled “Making the Most of a Women’s Network,” which covered women’s employee resource groups and the best practices for forming one, as well as getting the most from participating in one. Lynne serves on the Women of STEM planning committee and Drinker Biddle is a platinum sponsor of the conference.
