Chicago partner James G. Lundy was a panelist for the “Financial Markets Update” at the Chicago Law Bulletin’s 10th Annual White Collar Crime & Corporate Governance Conference on April 19, 2017. The panel included David A. Glockner, the Regional Director for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Chicago Regional Office, which is responsible for the SEC’s enforcement and examination oversight for the Midwest.

Jim and his fellow panelists on the Financial Markets Update panel discussed the latest developments in regulations impacting industry participants in the financial markets, and how the administration’s appointments may affect the financial services industry.

In addition to the Financial Markets Update panel, the White Collar Crime & Corporate Governance Conference explored the impact of the new administration and its key appointments on businesses in the areas of government investigations and enforcement, cybersecurity, FCPA, and health care. Faculty members included present and former DOJ and SEC officials, Fortune 500 in-house counsel, noted Chicago attorneys, and global consultants.
