Washington Update: The new administration and its potential impact

Los Angeles Counsel Heather Abrigo spoke at the Western Pension and Benefits Council – Phoenix Chapter Lunch on December 15. The name of Heather’s discussion was “Washington Update: The new administration and its potential impact.”

Heather discussed three of the potential biggest issues in the employee benefits industry during President-Elect Trump’s first 100 days in office, including repeal of the Affordable Care Act and what/if it will be replaced, possible delay of the April 2017 DOL Fiduciary Rule deadline and the potential impact on Social Security.
