- JR Lanis, Drinker Biddle. Lanis focuses on public securities offerings and reporting, private equity and venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and fund formation and representation.
- Marc Leaf, Drinker Biddle. Leaf previously served as counsel and senior advisor to SEC Commissioner Luis A. Aguilar and was a part of the team that helped define Regulation A+ and other JOBS Act offering reforms.
