American Health Lawyers Association Fraud and Compliance Forum

Washington, D.C. partner Jesse Witten provided an “Anti-Kickback Statute Primer” at the American Health Lawyers Association’s (AHLA) Fraud and Compliance Forum on Wednesday, October 5, 2016. Jesse, along with Julie Wagner of the Office of the Inspector General, Department of Health and Human Services, explored the Anti-Kickback Statute.
