Dallas partner Neil Rambin discussed “Global Implications From Climate Change/Storm Events” at the American College of Coverage and Extracontractual Counsel’s Annual Meeting on May 5, 2016. Panelists examined the potential effects of a changing climate and storm events on insurance claims, disputes and the marketplace.

The discussion covered causes of loss, extreme weather events such as Hurricane Katrina and Superstorm Sandy, property coverages potentially triggered by climate change, and other potential insurance risks.
