DOL Proposal Update & Tibble v. Edison Implications

Joan Neri will be a speaker at the 2015 National Planning Holdings, Inc. Retirement Plan Symposium in Dallas, November 9-11.  Joan will address an audience of registered representatives of broker-dealers regarding the Department of Labor’s fiduciary proposal and the implications of the Tibble v. Edison decision.
