Janet Fries, Of Counsel to the Washington, D.C., office, taught a CLE course for the D.C. Bar on Wednesday, November 14.

The program focused on special considerations that arise when drafting wills and creating trusts for persons and organizations that own substantial intangible intellectual property assets and/or art or other valuable collectable material.

Janet, who co-presented the course with Ann Garfinkle of Whiteford Taylor Preston, LLP, has been faculty with the D.C. Bar for many past courses.
