XL Keystone Pipeline and Hydraulic Fracturing Update
Overview
Washington, D.C., partner Paul Moorehead gave a legislative update to the National Congress of American Indians’ Committee on Energy Natural Resources regarding pending Indian tribal energy development legislation, the Bureau of Land Management’s proposed rule to regulate hydraulic fracturing on Federal and Indian lands, and the status of the XL Pipeline.
NCAI is the largest tribal organization in the United States and represents the interests of most of the nation’s 566 Indian tribes.
