Washington, D.C., partner Mercedes Meyer will present “Conflicts of Interest in Prosecution, Litigation, Opinions and Due Diligence” at the ABA’s 25th Annual Intellectual Property Law Conference. The conference provides a gathering of the foremost authorities on the state of intellectual property law, including judges, government officials, in-house counsel, academics and private practitioners. Mercedes will speak alongside David Hricik, with whom she co-authored the book, Patent Ethics: Prosecution, published in September 2009.
