Philadelphia partner Bill Clark served as a panelist for the Federal Trade Commission’s second two-day workshop on the future of journalism. The focus of the workshop was how journalism can survive and thrive in light of news organizations coping with large debts they took on during better times and advertisers scaling back on ad budgets as a result of the recession. Bill, a partner in the Corporate and Securities and Government and Regulatory Affairs Practice Groups, and his fellow panelists spoke on the topic of “Corporate & Tax Approaches to Restructure News Organizations.”
