Bob Middleton, director of the Interior Department's Office of Indian Energy Development, and Bill Whitsitt, President of the Domestic Petroleum Council, have organized a half-day conference in Denver entitled "Indian Energy Opportunity Roundtable: Tribes, Companies and Governments Explore Oil & Gas Possibilities"  to take place at the Denver Grand Hyatt, starting at 12:30 am on Tuesday, October 18, 2005.

Paul Moorehead and Kathleen Nilles will be co-presenting a session entitled "Energy Business Models: Special Indian Country Legal and Tax Considerations." Other speakers include representatives from the White House, Interior, CERT, and a variety of tribal leaders and business executives.
