ABA 2021 Employee Benefits Committee Midwinter Meeting

Partner Gregory Ossi co-led an American Bar Association panel on February 5, 2021, titled “Bankruptcy, Withdrawal Liability Interest Rate and the Outlook for Multiemployer Pension Plans.” Geared toward multipension plan attorneys, the panel focused on practical guidance to protect client plans in the midst of delinquent contributions or bankruptcy proceedings, recent cases involving multiemployer pension calculation disputes and the “cloudy future” of such plans.
