Faegre Drinker Represents Outdoor Living Supply in Acquisition of The Rock Place

A Faegre Drinker team led by corporate partner Brittney Yocum advised Outdoor Living Supply (OLS), a distribution platform with a focus on outdoor living products and solutions, in its acquisition of The Rock Place.

A cross-office team of attorneys supported Yocum on this deal, including corporate associates Jasmin Osman and Victoria Blackwell and real estate associates Crystal Thorpe and Alec Minea.
